RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request and return an item. Returns will not be granted outside of this date range and only for unopened and unused items, in its original packaging. All items returned will need to have proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If an item arrives and shows signs of being opened or tampered with, eligibility for a refund will be void and not granted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit, debit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed according to the individuals’ banking policies. If you have not received your refund, please email us at refunds@nursingtreecbd.com and we will contact you.
Unfortunately, once all orders are placed, they will not be able to be cancelled. If you have an issue with your order, please immediately contact our customer service at info@nursingtreecbd.com within two hours of order placement and we will try our best to assist you.
